Since 2001, More than 5000 various digital picking system (DPS) called “L Pick System” developed by AIOI SYSTEMS have been installed in various distribution centers. Below are several case studies of DPS such as order picking, batch picking and kitting. Compared to picking list and manual picking operation, DPS shows that the average operation speed increases by 2.5 times and the accuracy improves up to 10 times.
